Lose Fat The Fastest Way
Sunday, February 17, 2008
I just found this video in Youtube, supposedly showing you the fastest way to blast those flab and fats away from your body. I don't know if it works only for ladies or men as well. Logically, it should work for both sexes, since fats gather in bodies the same way for any gender.
Personally I am not doing this workout - I got my own schedule and routine to follow :)

Thanks... don't really know if I've truly progressed since I just gained 2kg, and I don't know if they're fats or muscles... sigh, I wish I had taken the trouble to measure body-fat percentage....
Thanks....the exercises you suggest can be done easily in 30-40 minutes, burning excess fat and keeping fit. I love the blog, keep on bloggin'!
burn the fat - err, the exercises shown in the video isn't my suggestion :) It's just something I found on Youtube and thought readers would be interested to know that a simple 30 min workout (circuit training in the video) like that is effective in burning fat.
Fox..... get a big wheel and start running like hammy whole night... then can le.... *just Joking la*
Well...i always lack the determination to stick to the regime... any ideas on how to improve that?

ahdee - what you have just suggested is "cardio". I hate "mindless cardio", ie those that you run for 30 mins type.
Most people give up because "mindless cardio" is damn boring. Seriously. Imagine running for 30 mins, going nowhere. How boring can that be? The alternative is CIRCUIT-TRAINING. You do some exercise, eg squats, then you do jumping jacks ("cardio"). Then you do another exercise, perhaps pushups, then jumping jacks again ("cardio"), and so on.
If you do circuit training, it won't be boring, and you can stick to a routine much easier. Plus, the effect will be almost the same as if you're just doing only mindless cardio.

I like it...I'll pass this on...
The truth is most people can see significant results if they stick to a moderate daily 30 minute workout as shown in the video...
The problem is...most people don't stick to it.

grace - Glad you liked the video. I can't follow the routines shown there because I don't go to gyms :) I work out at home with Bodylastics and the Steel Bow, but I do circuit training so the effect is similar.

Thanks for sharing. People can really be surprised in just working out 30 minutes a day on a daily basis and keep up with their routine you can see dramatic weight loss fast.
Excellent blog and keep up the great work in your progress.
