Not Enough Work!

Ok I'm still behind schedule. The past week has been hectic and I only trained one day - Tuesday. I really need to get back on track, and yeah, the bathroom scale is screaming the same thing at me.

Yeah, no further weight loss occured. I'm still not putting in enough work, sigh!
